    Designed for pastors, deans, Sunday school superintendents, directors of Christian education and teachers in obtaining helpful and creative methods of teaching their staff and students the newest and most innovative methods of communication in the classroom setting.

  • Instructor- Sis. Sandra Lafleur
    Teach the values and structure of the Vacation Bible School. Provide instruction on how to plan, set up, and conduct Vacation Bible Schools. Teach how to develop a program and suggest curriculum materials and visual aids for the school.

  • Instructor-Rev. Perry Jones
    Teach biblical methods and models that will strength the Black male. Some of the biblical models used will be Joseph, Nehemiah, Barnabas, and Saul.

  • Instructor- Mrs. Gwendolyn Ray Smith
    Explore the revitalization of the Sunday School as a strategy for church growth. Models and methods for Sunday School revitalization will be studied to enhance church growth.

  • Instructor-Dr. Johnmyrim Johnson Provide a framework for the church’s involvement in the community action movement. Identify the needs of those individuals in the community and develop strategies to address those needs.

  • Instructor- Mrs. Nora Callaway
    The Teaching Adults and Life-Long Learners course will examine strategies for teaching adults. The course will focus on how adults learn and develop. In addition, this course will emphasize understanding faith development in the state of adulthood.

  • Instructor-Dr. Rene Brown
    Church Administration will discuss the governance and leadership structure of religious organizations. The instructor will emphasize administration principles and practice, staffing, budgeting, and public relations retreats, and other church-sponsored activities
