    Identify methods and approaches to Bible Study that can lead to spiritual growth and Christian maturity. Areas that will be covered include the structure of the Bible and resources for personal reflection. In addition, how to employ resources and tools of hermeneutics.

    Emphasize money management through the study of the Bible. Discover God's design for money and how to manage it, so that it may best glorify Him.

  • Instructor-Dr. Theron Jackson
    Focus on the practical simple ways of discovering the needs and interest of young adults. Emphasis will be placed on the development process of this age group, and the problems peculiar to them. Focus on methods that will assist the church to involve young adults more actively in the mission and work of the church.

  • Instructor-Mrs. Sandra LaFleur
    Teach the values and structure of the Vacation Bible School. Provide instruction on how to plan, set up, and conduct Vacation Bible Schools. Teach how to develop a program and suggest curriculum materials and visual aids for the school.

    Help leaders in local churches understand the importance of being a healthy church in the community. Various biblical principles shall be studied to effectively move a stagnant ministry to a flourishing congregation. Also, a special emphasis will be placed on Church Security and how to prepare for a crisis.

  • Instructor-Rev. Royal Scott, Jr.
    Recognize the difference in marriage partnerships. Understand that all marriages are unique; the course will look at biblical, psychological, and sociological concepts that will help a family to grow and remain strong.

  • Instructor-Dr. Joseph Dyson, Sr.
    Identify sermons and the choice of them to convey inspired though in the preaching setting. Students will gain a greater understanding of the importance of preaching and the difficulty/challenges involved in doing it well. The course is designed to help the preacher in the art of sermon preparation and delivery.

  • Instructor-Rev. Melvin Harrison
    Christian Education and Technology will build on the student's knowledge and use of the latest technology platforms, such as Zoom, Google, Facebook, and other media. In addition, students will be guided in completing their writing projects.

  • Instructor-Dr. Rene Brown
    This course discusses how to assess a church or religious organization's staff needs. The instructor will emphasize how to recruit, train, and employ the proper staff. In addition the course will emphasize creating job descriptions, learning how to communicate with staff, and how to provide leadership in meetings. Retreats, and other church-sponsored activities.
